Despues de 3 años de ausencia en Japon y 6 en EU, DDR regresa de una manera increible con el nuevo arcade mix Dance Dance Revolution Super Nova (DDRSN). Un estupendo aspecto grafico y una songlist superior a cualquier mix aparecido antes hace que todos los fans de DDR del mundo griten y lloren de alegria al conocer las caracteristicas de Super nova. El nuevo DDR japones de PS2 simplemente se ha titulado Dance Dance Revolution al cual lo nombran como el verdadero renacer de DDR.

Como podran imaginar al ver este anuncio me emocione muchisimo, lastima que no hay nadamas dicho que el juego esta en proceso y el comentario que les dije con anterioridad.

El dia de ayer Konami de America dio a conocer que la serie de Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) ha vendido 1.2 millones de copias en Norte america en tan solo este año.

Este es un gran logro ya que nunca se habia alcanzado esta sifra en solo un año.

Muy bien por DDR y tambien por la gente que lo sigue apoyando,ya que esto impulsa a konami a seguir sacando buenos mixes americanos.

Cuando mencioneque la noticia de el nuevo dancing stage en unos lugares hubieron muchas decepsiones y alguna que otra pedrada.Eh aqui mi respuesta:

Yo creo que nadie de America deberia estar decepsionado de este Dancing Stage, ya que como dice TOPO los Dancing stage siempre han sido asi (y no es por ser mamila ni nada pero los Dancing stage siempre han sido los peores DDR del mundo... almenos los home versions ya que las arcadias no se podran comparar con las japonesas).

Decepsion para los verdaderos fanaticos de DDR en europa si es, ya que ya han probado los DDR Extranjeros y posiblemente esperaban algo al estilo Extreme.

Ahora cuando dije que "no creia que le metan algo mejor" me referia a que le agregen una nueva caracteristica, pero nunca me quise referir a que no le vayan a meter Nonstops,Onis,Extra stage o canciones de 10 pies.

Algo en lo que nunca pense fue en que se estuvieran esperando a que se abarate y/o se acabe el stock de las antiguas arcadias, ya que si lo tomamos desde este punto de vista sigue dando mas esperanzas de que salgan nuevos DDR y con nuevo hardware, y hacer sentir mas seguros a los demas que saben que algun dia iva a volver DDR a las arcadias.

Solo me resta decirles a todos los fanaticos (o diske) de DDR que no se decepsionen por esto ya que ES UN "DANCING STAGE" mas no un "DDR" y recuerden que con este upgrade tendremos las cosas que nos tienen acostumbrados en las home versions (weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Emi vuelve!!!!!!!!!!!!!! )... aun asi seguire rezando que el sig. DDR arcade jap no contenga en exeso canciones de Home versions y salga con canciones totalmente nuevas como se hacia antes

Pese a que tenia mi DDR ULTRAMIX 2 desde hace unas 2 semanas, apenas comenze a jugarlo como se debe, ya que le pege al tapete de Xbox una especie de mini cogines que traia en el interior del dance dance perfomance 3 (un tapete para PSOne o PS2) los cuales ayudaron a que el juego me marcara mejor las flechas (aun asi tengo problemas en los brincos y  en algunos pasos rapidos ya que no me los marca muy bien).

Despues de jugarlo un buen rato elimine todas mis dudas de que si deveraz era el mejor DDR del año. Vaya que lo es. La seleccion de canciones de Beatmania,las nuevas canciones licenciadas, graficos y modos de juegos hacen este DDR un estupendo mix con mucho replay value.

Hablando sobre canciones nuevas los mixes de canciones originales de bemani que se incluyen estan muy buenos.

MAX 300 -super MAX me MIX- (no estoy seguro si asi se llama) esta muy bueno. Los pasos estan medio complejos, pero lo que tiene es que al final de la cancion, los pasos se ponen muy pesados ya que en este mix no encontramos un descanso tan largo como en otras MAX.

¿Es la mejor MAX que ha salido?

Nah... Todavia The Legend Of MAX sigue siendo mi preferido ademas de que todas las demas MAX tienen ese peculiar estilo que solo los Konami originals pueden hacer

I feel... (toy-music MIX) Tambien me encanto. Su estilo musical se parece mucho a I feel... (New Age Hope Mix) solo que con unos toques mas movidos para DDR. El video tambien me gusto mucho,tiene cosas de los videos genericos pero incluye partes de el video original del MAX 2 con un tono azul que le queda muy bien a ese feeling de la cancion. Los pasos me gustaron mucho.

.59 Mix (no recuerdo bien su nombre).Los pasos son muy diferentes a los de la version original, ya que aqui hay mas.La cancion esta muy buena y al principio no parece un mix de .59.

Bueno esto es todo por el momento ya que se me ha terminado mi tiempo libre.

Hace poco publique un post sobre cual de los 3 DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) era el mejor del año.Mi voto fue afavor de DDR ULTRAMIX 2 ya que por sus modos de juegos que incluye, sus graficas (Uy, Emi se ve bien chida!)y por supuesto sus canciones hicieron que votara por el, sin embargo, algo que no me sigue agradando de los ultramix es como se ven las flechas. Cuando las pones sin velocidad las siento mas pegadas que los DDR originales y cuando las pones a una mayor velocidad siento que se separan mas de lo normal. Tambien el tapete que incluye el bundle pack original no me gusta ya que fallo muchas flechas por no sentir donde se localizan las flechas (mi tapete de ps2 tiene como unas almoadillas en cada flecha), pero en fin esas ya son reclamaciones y problemas muy personales.

DDR Festival Mix tambien esta muy bueno. Al principio no me gustaba porque las primeras canciones que unlokeas son como rap y drum & bass (no se exactamente cual sea su estilo pero podria decir es como alguno de esos), ademas de que son canciones que puedes  encontrar en el primer DDR ULTRAMIX.Lo mejor viene mas adelante cuando unlockeas las canciones que solo se podian conseguir por via Xbox Live,ademas de otras estupendas canciones de Beatmania IIDX y otros juegos de Bemani.

DDR EXTREME -version americana- tambien esta muy bueno pero a comparacion de los otros 2 este quedaria en tercero (claro este es mi punto de vista personal).

En conclusion los 3 DDR de este año estuvieron muy buenos, lo unico que no me hizo darle a DDR Festival mi voto por DDR del año fue que mas que un mix nuevo a lo que nos tienen acostumbrado los japoneses, este es una mezcla de canciones que no habian llegado a japon y mezcla con el ddr extreme americano.

Les recomiendo ampliamente cualquiera de estos 3 mixes
